Dear Valued Clients,

Jia Jia Team Cleaning Services is grateful that you are giving us a chance to provide our services to you. However, to provide a better understanding, we wish to highlights the following points:

 

Clients are to provide basic cleaning equipments and cleaning solutions to the House Keeper


Payment for housekeeping will be invoiced at the end of the month


Strictly no authorization of payment to be collected by House Keeper on the company's behalf


Payment mode: Internet Funds Transfer or ATM Funds Transfer or By Cheque


Upon payment made: Kindly inform us via SMS 9150-6111 or Email us: jiajia_cleaning@singnet.com.sg with your name and our invoice number once payment is made


To avoid any dispute, please keep your valuables away in a safe place when the House Keeper is around


Jia Jia Team Cleaning Services shall not be held liable for any damages, loss and/or injury to property and persons


Jia Jia Team Cleaning Services reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions as and when the situation requires
